California Grill
If you dine here (keep you receipt) you can return that evening to watch the fireworks on the roof. This was our favorite as you could hear the music and it was a clear view. Afterwards we got down to the bottom of the hotel and on the waterfront they had the river light show drifting out front. This light show is the longest running parade in Disney's history and is the same one that guests enjoyed upon opening day of Disneyworld.
FastPass Viewing Area
This is usually a really great spot to view the fireworks and its usually less crowded then just sitting along Main Street. As a side note: if have to use one of your FastPass spots to which can mess up a day at the park if you are planning on using your FastPass for rides since the fireworks at the end of the night.
Polynesian Resort
Head to the beach or the boat launch to watch the fireworks outside of the park and without the mess of the crowds. If you are taking the monorail to your hotel then you won't have a problem catching it at the end of the night as the crowds will start at the next stop - the Magic Kingdom. If you are bussing it to another resort then you will have a bit of a line up at the bus loop.
Train Station
You might have your view blocked by a flag pole but sometimes they remove this pole. It allows for a place to sit but you are a bit further back so you can get a slightly obstructed view and you won't hear the music very well. However you can view Happily Ever After and Once Upon a Time from here as well.
Ticket & Transportation Center Dock
You don't need admission to watch the fireworks from here and there usually isn't much of a crowd which is odd because this spot allows for a straight on view of the fireworks with music you can actually here.
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort
Make reservations for firework viewable tables to enjoy them while you enjoy drinks and inner. If you can't make it to the Narcosse then go to the boat launch at the rear of the resort for the best views.
