Thanh Chuong Viet Palace

Chua Huoung - The Perfume Pagoda

One of Vietnam's most important pilgrimage sites, The Perfume Pagoda is a group of temples and caves in the rocks of a limestone mountain Huong Tich Son (Mount of Fragrances). If you want to go, it is quite the experience as you would need to rent a car in Hanoi, drive about 2 hours to the parking lot, then take a small boat, rowed by women from the local village for one hour to the foot of the mountain, after that on foot or by cable car to the top pagoda.
