Did you know that Halloween (or some form of the holiday) takes place in different ways around the world? While I have done my fair share of travelling for the holiday, I always find it interesting to learn about how the festival / holiday is enjoyed in other areas around the world if there is a version of it at all. Halloween is one of those holidays that had ancient routes which slowly spread to most of North America and is now continuing to spread to even more nations over the last 20 years. In this episode I briefly touch on the origins of the holiday before where in the world celebrates a version of it, who celebrates the first week of November, and where you will not find it at all.
