Marianske Lazne

After Karlovy Vary, Marianske Lazne has the largest healing spa in the Czech Republic. Although it was originally discovered in 1197 it wasn't until the 19th century that buildings started popping up around it. While not a UNESCO site yet, they are working on it and the fact that it had become a must visit to European high society in the mid-19th, early 20th century with lots of well known celebrities of the time making a stop.
