Most people head to the Bahamas to enjoy the sand and water. If this sounds like something you plan on doing at least once during your trip then you will want to make sure that you pack the following items.



  1. Sunscreen with at least 30 SPF & Lip Chap / Balm with SPF
    ​
  2. Phone or camera for photos

  3. Hat - preferably with a wide brim

  4. Swim wear - swimsuit, coverup, trunks, flip flops, water shoes, etc

  5. UVA & UVB protective sunglasses

  6. Beach bag that fits everything + drinks & snacks

  7. Beach blanket or a large towel to sit on - preferably quick dry

  8. Waterproof phone covering or camera cover - I like one that I can fit money and ID in as well

  9. Beach towel if the resort does not provide them - preferably quick-drying

  10. Anything important you will require - ID, car and / or house keys, money
